  1. Go to the People app through the Galaxy SIII Home screen.
  2. On this app, type the plus symbol.
  3. Tap on the Name field to enter the new contact's name.
  4. Select Contact type option to specify which account you want to sync with the contacts.
  5. You can add additional information of this contact in the fields provided, such as address, email, etc..
  6. Tap Save when you are finished.
  7. Done. You have successfully added a new contact into your phone.
