  1. How do I change my ringtone to one the I downloaded? I have the file under 'audio' but it doesn't show as an option in the ringtone list.

      Unfortunately you cannot manually choose which part of the song that can be used as ringtone. You can use either the whole song or highlighted part of the song as ringtone.

  3. I canot change ringtone on samsung a3. It alowes me to go to ringtone setings but when i tap on a ringtone it stays the same as before no change.
