  1. Hi,

I received a contact card as a message. It says

    "Message size: 1KB
    Expires: 10:42, 9 Jan
    Download"

I pressed download, but nothing happens expect the load bar showing. Is there a way to view/save it. Tried long press on the message, but didn't give me a save as option.

    Thanks,
    Leighton

    1. Hi Leighton,
      Thanks for coming.
I'm so sorry if I can't understand well with your query. So, did you receive contact card in the text message, not MMS?

    2. Hi Rehan,

A friend sent me another person's namecard.

I received it in my text messages as described above and could not open it to view the namecard. Is there a way to open/download it to view the namecard so I can contact the person.

The only other way I can think of accessing the information is to ask the person to resend the phone number as a text message rather than the namecard, but I would prefer to know how to access the message that was sent.

      Thanks,
      Leighton

    3. Hi Leighton,
Thanks for getting back on me.
Make sure your mobile data is enabled and the "Auto-retrieve" option under Messaging app settings is enabled. But, given from your information, seems the MMS is failed. Another way, you might have to call your provider to ask them whether you should do some settings to solve this problem. Some of providers sometimes need to activate this feature manually.
      Hope this helps :)
